Anyone know about nh6-2 binoculars russian?

I've been asked to sell these binoculars (which have a stand), I've been told there russian border surveillance binoculars.
Does anyone anything about them, what there worth & where would you sell them.

I have a pair they are 20x60 . they were used on the russian and korean border. I've seen them for $165.00 . there is a mount to fit on a tripod . when you do use them you have to brace them against something so they wont be shaking. very good quality. I love mine
