I know there are car auctions where only people with some certain licenses are allowed to go in. They can bring guests and all purchases even though by the guests are done through them, that is, Cialis Without Prescription under their license. They do not have like a lot or anything like that. What type of license is this and how can I obtain it.

In CA it depends on where you will be selling them. If you want to buy at auction and sell to dealers, or recon adn reauction the cars, you can get a wholesalers license. On that license you are allowed up to 5 cars per year retail. If your intention is to sell them to the general public, then you need a retail dealers license.
