I just mistakenly won a car auction on ebay but I did not like the car. After I won auction I went to see and check the car but it seems has some major problem with ABS break system. Shortly, I made a trouble for me and the seller I know that. I tried to communicate with seller polite and said I can not buy because the car is not same description as you wrote. and he always say "I am not a mechanic person". If I can buy the car my life will not be in safe position. Mechanic buying pills online also commented me about car is not in good condition.

What is happining now, the seller threatening me he is going to take an action in court. I dont know what he can do to sending me to the law court. I just opened my ebay account 4 days ago and having this problem.

The cost is 3000$ but he said that can deal with me he asks less than i bid. Please someone can tell me if I refuse to buy the car can he take an action in court and what can be happen to me? I am a perminent residant in the USA.

I also told him offer your car to second winner but he doesnt want to do that.

Please I immediately need your answer. I did not deliberately did this bid. Believe me.

He can't take legal action against you, he's just threatening to hoping you'll buy the car. He didn't list the mechanical condition, so it's his problem. It's illegal to sell a car without informing the buyer of any mechanical problems.
