In the state I am in, private persons cannot bid at big wholesale auto auctions. So I was going generic drugs without prescription to get a dealers business license(which requires a min. purchase and sell of 6 cars a year with an intention of making a profit) so I can get these great prices. One of the auctions I was at had $26k cars selling for 14k. So for e.g. I would buy a relative this 14k car and sell them the car for 14,001. Profit=$1. Is that legal?
